Bjarmaland Cottages is your home away from home when you explore the Golden Circle and the South Coast of Iceland. Beautifully decorated and cozy cottages in the small greenhouse village of Laugarás. - Within walking distance is the new Laugarás Lagoon, which offers a unique experience of relaxation in natural surroundings, featuring top-class facilities and a fine dining restaurant. Owners of Bjarmaland Cottages live on the farm and run a studio and an art gallery that is open for visitors.

Secluded Cabin on the Waterfront!

Our vacation cabin is secluded, yet not far from the small town of Kirkjubæjarklaustur. A small and cozy cabin, with one bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping loft. The cabin is small and the sleeping loft is not with a full height so adults might find it cramped, so it might be better suited for a family of 4. This is the perfect base for visiting the South Coast of Iceland, with short driving distance to f.ex Fjarðárgljúfur, Skaftafell National Park and the Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon.

Comfy cottage at the farm with a peaceful view

Take it easy in our unique and tranquil accommodation with a peaceful view ! The cottage lies within a farm where there are horses, sheep, chickens and dogs roaming around. Nicely located, it is about one hour by car from Reykjavik, from the Golden circle and from Vík's black sand beaches. It is 15min away from Hella's bus station, which allows you to visit Lanmannalaugar. The farm also offers riding tours, and its owners are always happy to share a lovely riding experience !

Mói Hut

The open studio space is thoughtfully organized, offering a kitchenette where you can prepare your own meals. Ideal for two adults, the cabin features a comfortable double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Enjoy the serene natural surroundings from your private terrace.

Brand new comfortable and well-designed cabins. The sheltered hot outdoor shower, accessible from the bathroom, is a delightful experience in all weathers. They are both very private though it is just a stone’s throw away from the Ring Road. Excellent base for exploring the wonders of the South, for instance Gullfoss & Geysir, The Westmann Islands, the beautiful waterfalls along the south coast and The black beach in Vik.

Eyvindarholt Hill House

The Hill House is a great location for visiting South Iceland. From the house, there is a beautiful view, and the house is big and spacious. It has five good bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a big living room to get together or relax after a day out. The surroundings are peaceful, and there are many options for short hiking from the house. This house is the perfect place for big families or friends.

Kolsstaðir - Piece of Heaven

The cottage is designed in the old Icelandic country style, but with house heating, hot water, well equipped modern kitchen with a dish washer. The ground floor is 35 (square m.) Upstairs there is a 20 square m. sleeping attic with one Queen Size bed (140x200 cm).

Skógsnes II - Selfoss

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Here you can enjoy the nature and relax. Here there is little traffic, cute horses all around and birdlife. Perfect place to see the northern lights in the winter.
