The family-friendly apartment has grown into the space between the fir beams under the roof, with an unobstructed view all around. It offers a living area with a kitchen, a seating area, a wood-burning stove, a sofa suite and a roof loggia, a very low (1.75 m) roof pitch and an unheated playroom in the barn. There are very good places to eat and shop in the village, and there are public transport services every 20 minutes to the Voralpenland or every 60 minutes to the centre of Munich.
