Washing machine )as well as absolutely new kitchen included Basic equipment for cooking. In addition, there is a cot ( 1-3 years ) and a high chair. For all Hubert & Staller fans. On September 19, 2018, our house (ground floor and garden) was a backdrop for filming. Since we live in times of the coronavirus, our apartment is disinfected after each holiday guest.

Wir vermieten in unserer DHH , Split Level Bauweise, eine kleine Garteneinliegerwohnung. Das Haus steht auf einem Hanggrundstück. eine Treppe zwischen Haus und Garage führt in den Garten bzw zur Eingangstür der Ferienwohnung. Die Terrasse gehört zur Wohnung. Die Küche ist mit Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschirr etc ausgestattet, eine Grundausstattung von Gewürzen, Öl, Kaffee und Tee ist vorhanden. Wir sind ein Nichtraucherhaushalt, rauchen auf der Terrasse ist kein Problem, danke!

The sometimes spectacular sunsets, the unobstructed view of the Garmisch Zugspitze and the peaceful secluded location on the edge of the forest create a unique atmosphere and create wonderful memories. Unsere Unterkunft liegt ruhig im Wohngebiet nahe am Wald (3 min) und nahe zum See (10 min.). Im Ort ist alles vorhanden. Und zu Fuss erreichbar. Schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die Berge an den See nach München. Wunderbarer Erholungsort. Schlosspark und Badestrand sind in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar. Biergärten und Restaurants sind bequem ohne Auto zu erreichen.
