The apartment is perfect for a max. 6 person group. The fully equipped kitchen, living and working space as well as the wonderful terrace make it an excellent choice for longer stays. The exclusive old building apartment is 80 m², it is very sunny and bright. It is located in the city center in an absolutely quiet location. From the bedrooms you can look over a river, through trees to the imposing mountains of the Northern Range. The kitchen and living room are south-facing and very sunny. In the immediate vicinity is a beautiful park. Within walking distance are: 5 minutes / large shopping center 10 minutes / main train station 15 min / historic old town

Lichtdurchflutete Wohnung (ca. 48m2) mit Balkon und Blick über ganz Innsbruck. 1 Schlafzimmer, Wohnküche, Bad mit WC und Badewanne. Nicht zum Baden vorgesehen. Ausdrücklich nur als Dusche. Das Schlafzimmer hat zur Verdunklung eine Außenjalousie. In der Wohnküche, wo eine Ausziehcouch steht, gibt es Vorhänge als Verdunklungsmöglichkeit. Bis zu 2 Kinder (bis 12 Jahre) ist platztechnisch aus unserer Sicht möglich. Kinder sind herzlichst willkommen.

From there you can enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains and Inn valley, both in summer and winter.

It has Two large bedrooms, each with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a separate dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with tub, a separate toilet, a large entrance area, a loggia, and storage rooms. Due to its size and layout, the flat is suitable for up to five people. I would like to point out that, due to the age of the building, the parquet floors creak.

The rooms and the furnishings are mostly made of Swiss stone pine, the double beds are equipped with the pinura pine sleep system and guarantee a pleasant and wonderful feeling of lying and sleeping. Shops, restaurants, a bakery for breakfast are in the immediate vicinity.
