The holiday apartment 'Haus Excelsior Top 36' is located in Seefeld in Tirol and overlooks the mountain. The 25 m² property consists of a well-equipped kitchen, a living-bedroom area and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV; on top of that, a shared sauna is also provided for your enjoyment. A washing machine and a dryer are available for a fee. There is also a baby cot and a high chair available on request for a fee.

The villages of Seefeld and Leutasch are a few minutes' drive away. “Mei chalet” offers enough space for 8 guests and nothing stands in the way of a relaxing vacation with family or friends. My accommodation is located directly on the Walchenseeufer with many sports facilities for anglers, hikers, skiers - the Herzogstandbahn can be reached on foot. The Duke's estate (the cable car can be reached on foot - you have a breathtaking view), the Benediktbeuern Monastery - the oldest Benedictine abbey in Upper Bavaria or the well-known Neuschwanstein Castle or Linderhof Castle - all offer interesting outflow destinations.

The premium apartment is furnished with great attention to detail. A highlight is our terrace with mountain views. You can relax in your own hot tub and sauna, which are located on the spacious terrace. It is a premium studio apartment. The kitchen and the living and sleeping area are in the same room. There is a king-size bed for two people, and a sofa bed can be made for two more people (located in the same room!)
