Laurent's house is very pleasant to stay in, there was absolutely nothing missing.... The sun was at the rendezvous , we were able to enjoy the garden in the evening and the barbecue . We came for the work that was very close and we will be back next year with great pleasure... Thank you for everything

True AirBnB the old-fashioned because the house is inhabited by Arnaud and his family went on vacation for the occasion. Many nice activities nearby: Ardeche train, tree climbing,...

We had such a wonderful stay! The house is absolutely beautiful—modern, spotless, and so thoughtfully designed. It’s also in a great location, just a short drive from the airport, which made everything super convenient. This is an amazing Airbnb! The house, pool and garden are even better than described and are beautiful! The kitchen is very well stocked and we enjoyed using the bbq. The pool area is fantastic - lots of spots to sit either in the sun or shade. Plenty of room in the house with comfortable bedrooms that stayed cool even in the hot weather. Overall, would really recommend the stay and our only wish is that we could have stayed longer!

Nice surprise to discover this spacious house close to the lake, surrounded by tall trees, in a quiet area. Nothing was missing to spend our stay with the family. Everything is within walking distance and nearby bus stop to get to Annecy in 30'. Very convenient and safe outdoor amenities for the kids. We recommend an early awakening, a walk along the lake, go up to the bakery "my father's furnace", take the time for a small cafe at the old port and bring the croissants to the family who wakes up gently...

The place was clean, as advertised and the host was super responsive and very kind. The view from the home is amazing very peaceful with the outside. There's even a room overlooking the lake! Small downside to soundproofing. Since it's terraced houses with that of the owner in some rooms we could hear crying, children ... Despite the shared ownership, the owners are very discreet which is very appreciated! But other than that we had a great time! I recommend it.

The setting is absolutely idyllic: spacious, wooded, and very well furnished, everything is designed for comfort and practicality. The property is of great beauty and invites you to relax. Brigitte is particularly friendly and attentive host, which greatly contributed to making our stay even more enjoyable. We had a great stay in Arvière-en-Valromey in Sarah and Claude's cottage to celebrate my in-laws' 60th birthday, surrounded by the whole family: children, grandchildren and even great-grandchildren! The cottage was ideal to accommodate everyone: spacious, warm and very well-equipped. The setting is beautiful, peaceful, perfect for getting together and creating beautiful memories.
