The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

You will be 2 steps from the entrance to the magnificent Parc de la Tête d'Or, easy access, the accommodation is a 23-min walk from Part-Dieu train station, and 13 min by bus!

The location is ideal for exploring the city (the metro is 5 minutes’ walk) and the trendy and authentic neighborhood of “la Croix Rousse” has numerous chic or bohemian restaurants, terraces, cafés, and shops and a daily food market. Accessible by car , Grenoble city center is 15 min away and ski resorts is 45 min away The apartment consists of a very large living room, equipped with a stove and reversible air conditioning,a 160 cm TV, a kitchen equipped with American fridge,and a mezzanine, a real cocoon with views of the stars thanks to the velux.
