Two miles to historic downtown and half mile to Craven Regional Medical Center. Restaurants nearby. Walkable neighborhood. The living space has new smart TV, WiFi. and is newly furnished. The house has two bedrooms, two twins and one queen with new bedding and new mattresses. Bathroom tub with shower and washer and dryer. Kitchen with granite counters and island. Kitchen seats four with eat in table. Keurig one cup coffee, breakfast snacks, coffee, bottled water complimentary. All new appliances. Everything you should need for comfortable stay provided. Fenced back yard with deck Driveway parking for two vehicles. Check in is at 3:00. Check out 11:00 am.

Lil’ Dock is a beautiful waterfront apartment over the garage with a private entry and deck overlooking the Neuse River. Relax on the back deck with a glass of wine while watching the sunset view of the New Bern skyline. It’s just a five-minute drive to historic downtown New Bern where you will find great restaurants and plenty of unique local shops. This property has only one designated parking spot and cannot accommodate trailers. Due to allergies, no pets. Check-out: 5:00pm on Sundays only.

We have a full kitchen, washer and dryer available in the apartment. We also have a 8 foot deep in ground swimming pool on premises. You must be 18 or older to use and or swim in the pool without adult supervision.
