In the garden there is a natural pool that invites you to refresh yourself.

The city center of Jork can be reached in 5 minutes by bike. Across the street is an orchard, beaches on the Elbe or the ferry to Hamburg are not far away.

The 36 sqm apartment in the former machinist house of the waterworks offers stylish flair and contemporary comfort. Location: Located directly on the Elbe beach, the surroundings invite you to take walks and bike rides. The proximity to the Falkensteiner shore allows direct access to the Elbe and offers a magnificent view of the passing ships.

Welcome to Altes Land, Germany's largest fruit growing area with its numerous orchards. Here you can relax wonderfully, especially cycling through apple orchards or to the nearby Elbe. For shopping, we recommend the Hanseatic city of Hamburg (about 45 minutes by car) or the cozy cities of Stade (20 minutes) and Buxtehude (12 minutes). Our simple little house offers a well-equipped pantry, shower room/toilet, dining area, cozy sofa and tiled stove on the first floor. On the upper floor (space-saving stairs, see photos) box spring bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), satellite TV, large desk with view. In front of the cottage is a pretty little garden seating area with private dike access. We look forward to seeing you!

With a comfortable double bed, a large pull-out sofa set, a large, thick folding mattress, two baby travel beds and your own small garden, there is nothing to stop you from feeling good.
