Zur Autobahn (A 52) sind es 4 min., 15-20 min. bis Düsseldorf, zur Messe sowie nach Mönchengladbach. Im OG ist die vollausgestatte Küche, ein Duschbad, Diele sowie der helle, große Wohnraum (32qm) und angrenzender Loggia. Im DG befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit Ausblick auf die Felder (Sonnenuntergang). Die Loggia (Südlage) mit Blick in den Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

The apartment is about 30 square meters, consists of a bedroom with a bed 140 cm wide and wardrobe, the windows are darkened by roller blinds, an open living room with a 140 cm wide sofa bed and small dining area; small kitchen with fridge, 2-burner stove, sink and microwave combination unit; balcony, as well as a shower room (tub about 15 cm high) with toilet and a small storage room. Final cleaning with surface disinfectant. Bed linen is washed when guests change.

The rooms (38 m2) are located on the 2nd floor of the house. The apartment is not self-contained. It consists of a large living room/bedroom, kitchen, storage room and bathroom. Everything is available for self-catering. Washing machine and dryer can be used for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples.
