The "Sonnenhäusle" is located in Sasbachwalden absolutely quietly in the middle of nature. Built in 1936 by Karl Fritz, father of the Bambi Prize. Completely renovated in 2024, newly furnished and expanded with a panoramic sauna and a balcony roof. The associated 10,000 m² forest and meadow property is located directly next to the "Black Forest National Park" - directly on mountain bike and hiking routes. In this relaxing altitude you have a wide view of the sea of lights of the Rhine Valley!

Our beautiful barn is surrounded by vineyards and stands at the foot of the Northern Black Forest. A place where families can relax and where unforgettable adventures await just outside the barn door. Altschweier is a cosy wine village with great excursion opportunities in the surrounding area (Gertelbach Waterfalls, Mummelsee, Baden-Baden, Freiburg, Europa-Park Rust, Strasbourg). Donkeys, goats, sheep and chickens live on our farm. On request, we offer farm tours and donkey rides.

The modern 43 m² apartment in Kappelrodeck can accommodate up to 2 guests and has 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine and is furnished for up to 4 people. In the living and dining area, you will find a bar table with 2 bar stools, a sofa bed, satellite TV with soundbar, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer. Underfloor heating, decentralized ventilation and sustainable building materials ensure a high level of comfort.

The wine village of Kappelrodeck is known for Rodeck Castle and the "Hex vom Dasenstein" [Dasenstein Witch]. There is also one of the last local call systems in Germany. The apartment (first floor) with about 80 sqm is located in a quiet residential area. It has one bedroom and another room with a bunk bed. A fully equipped kitchen. The cozy living room offers plenty of space to relax. In the garden there is a grill. Towels and linens are provided.

In two minutes you are in the romantic flower and wine village of Sasbachwalden. It is characterized by well-kept half-timbered houses, which are embedded in beautiful vineyard landscapes. Our guests are welcome to use our lawn with sun lounger. The municipality charges a tourist tax of €1.90-2.20 per person per night (to be paid on site). Free use of bus & train as well as free entrance to the beautiful outdoor pool are just a few advantages.

Welcome to our lovingly and comfortably furnished Zwergenstübchen. The vacation home is idyllically located next to our typical Black Forest half-timbered house surrounded by forest and meadows. At an altitude of 680 m and away from the urban jungle and any everyday hustle and bustle, you can enjoy nature or discover it on your own. Explore local hiking trails or discover the Black Forest and the nearby mountain bike trail by bike.

Black Forest, vineyards, pure nature: You can enjoy all this in our apartment "Schwarzwaldmarie" and leave everyday life behind you. In summer, there are no limits to the activities right outside the door - hiking in the Black Forest, biking or walking through the vineyards. In winter, the nearby ski slopes are a popular destination - if you like it cozy, you can enjoy the wood crackling in front of the fire with a glass of local wine.

In the vicinity is the nearest ski resort just 15 minutes by car from the apartment. The beautiful Mummelsee is also a 14-minute drive away and invites you to take leisurely walks.

For about 200 years, the train station has been a place for travelers and vacationers. Today you can live in it. Whether with friends or in a small family group. Behind the railway line (5-minute walk) you will find a small stream, fields, forest and meadows. Excursions to the Black Forest, Northern Alsace, Europa-Park or the Europabad are easily accessible from the property.
