When you leave the house, you are right in the center of Kassel. In addition to art exhibitions, hip bars & restaurants, you will also find your peace and quiet in the countryside. Around the Karlsaue, on the Fulda or in the Bergpark you can really enjoy yourself. You will receive many more tips from us when you arrive. Oh yes, we are happy to fill your fridge in advance with regional and seasonal food and drinks, if you like that. There is a construction site in the immediate vicinity.

Es gibt 2 Zimmer welche zur Nutzung ausgeschrieben sind. Hierbei handelt es sich um einen Raum in dem ein 140x200 Bett steht. Die Zimmer sind mit Echt Holz Dielen und mit Testsieger Matratzen ausgestattet. Dazu ÖkoTex Standart Bettwäsche. Unserer Meinung nach Allergiker Freundlich. Der Stadtteil grenzt an den Wald (Naturschutzgebiet) und der Garten ist ideal für Verabredungen, Treffen und Begegnungen.
