Oasis of luxury in Kassel - great ambiance

Rest and relaxation are guaranteed here. You'll love it. Unfortunately, the premises in the house do not allow cooking. I am happy to prepare breakfast on request for an extra charge. City villa with garden and koi pond, quiet residential area in the Brasselsberg district, near Park Wilhelmshöhe with the Hercules monument, the Dönche nature reserve is a three-minute walk away (jogging), distance to the city is approx. 15 minutes by car or tram (happy to provide shuttle service), shopping approx. 5 minutes' walk.

Cozy, light-flooded room for relaxation and well-being in a quiet residential area 15 minutes from the documentary city of Kassel. The large modern house made of natural elements offers plenty of space & comfort. On the floor there is a lovingly designed bathroom with natural stones and lots of daylight. The large garden borders directly on the Habichtswald Nature Park & invites you to put your feet up and listen to the bird chirping. Currently, a dog lives in the common living areas.

My place is close to extensive forest hiking routes in Hessian Switzerland, feel-good restaurant Leib & Seele, recreational lakes, thermal baths. The accommodation is an oasis of peace with gardens and a barrel sauna. Lovingly and individually designed rooms. Spacious common rooms and balconies with views of valleys and forest hills. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families with children and groups (12 - 14 people).

A well-maintained garden features a small tree and neatly trimmed bushes, with a wooden bench positioned for outdoor seating. The exterior of the house, visible in the background, is accompanied by clear blue skies, providing a bright and inviting setting.

House by the lake, terrace and garden, 250 m to the lake

Take the whole family to this great home with room for fun and entertainment. A house with two apartments accessible by a staircase. Guests can enjoy their morning coffee on the beautiful terraces, which offers a beautiful view of the green garden. The apartments are comfortable, spacious and nicely furnished. Parking is right by the house. We recommend a visit to Lake Twist, as well as the Baroque castle in Bad Arolsen.

I am offering 2-3 rooms for 4-6 persons next to the Cultural World Heritage Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe and close to the most important sightseeing spot in Kassel (Herkules) and very near the Railway Station Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe. Discover the documenta-city Kassel while staying at this rooms in an old villa, that includes an especially comfortable bathroom and a beautiful garden and Terrasse.
