Super friendly contact in advance, who answered any questions in a timely manner. Yvonne was very helpful before arrival. On site, check-in was quick, informative and very friendly. Your fluffy sweet dog made the arrival even more sweet! Apartment very clean, equipped with everything, very quiet, parking right on the street! I will definitely visit again when I'm in Kassel for business next time. Thanks for the very pleasant time! :)

We spent a weekend here with the family and loved it. We were there with seven adults, one child and our dog. The house is really a dream! It is very nicely decorated and offers many opportunities to sit together nicely (two living rooms and a great conservatory). The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The beds - there are three bedrooms and a living room with sofa bed - are very comfortable. The house is very nicely located directly on the Weser. Right in front of the house you can park for free. The city center of Bad Karlshafen is within walking distance. In addition, a Netto and two bakeries are within walking distance. It was special that Eckhard (one of the hosts) welcomed us at check-in with coffee and cinnamon rolls :). We highly recommend the place for a stay

Nice attic apartment on the Fulda with great view. Tram in front of the door, shopping within walking distance - a really good alternative in a quiet location!

We spent a weekend there & were completely satisfied. The house has a lot of charm, great amenities and my friend was allowed to bring her dog.

The idyllic location of the apartment on a farm is wonderful! There is a sheep stable two floors down, and during the day you can see the animals from many windows: they graze behind the house or lie comfortably in the countryside and occasionally, really nice. The very large apartment with its 3 bedrooms is incredibly beautifully decorated, between modern and antique (many upcycling antiques). This gives you a lot to look and feels very comfortable and cozy right away. There is no lack of comfort, not even in the kitchen and bathroom: just perfect. The landlords are very accommodating and helpful.

I spent a night in the apartment on my way through and would have liked to have stayed longer. A very nice, sweet apartment! Very clean, nicely decorated. Modern. The house itself was also very cute and in a beautiful environment. Check-in was easy and Juliane was very nice and always available. Highly recommended.

Nice stay at Angela's for the New Year's Eve

The apartment is well located for hiking. Everything was there to cook for yourself. The living space is comfortably furnished. We had forgotten our hiking book and map. The existing hiking book helped us a lot. A nice one Welcome greeting was the bouquet of flowers and chocolate bunny. We were there on the Easter holidays.

A place to fall in love – pure nature with a heart We had four sunny days at the end of April in the beautiful forest cottage with impressive hillside location and fantastic views of the Fulda – and what can we say: It was perfect! Actually, we had many excursions planned, but the house and surroundings were so welcoming that we stayed on site the whole time. Whether cooking with the Dutch oven, archery or walking – every moment was a pleasure. A special highlight was getting to know the warm hosts Nikolai and Lena in person. A young, likeable couple who have put a lot of love, effort and taste into the house. Everything was modern, clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. We fell in love with the cottage from the first moment. The tranquility, nature and the relaxed atmosphere have been incredibly good for us. It was a holiday full of deceleration and well-being – we will definitely be back!

The accommodation is top! Very well and modern equipped, clean and furnished as shown in the photos. Communication with the owners is also quick and detailed. Only the cleaning fee of €100 is quite high, but we had to bring our own bed linen, clear the dishwasher and empty the garbage cans ourselves. Checking the electricity meter itself is also recommended (own measurement was 50% less kwh). But definitely recommended.

We really loved this holiday house - the view was brilliant and the house had everything we needed.

We were very satisfied , communication was straightforward from the beginning. The place was very clean, the inventory very nice. There were drinks and sweets. There was also an offer for Netflix and Danz on a spacious TV. And at the end , yes WiFi was also available at all times and reception for the mobile phone was also available:-)))) The surrounding area is very nice and quiet. On the lake you can do water skiing and various things. A small beach bar is available. The operators are totally warm and humorous. The bike paths are great and you can eat delicious food in the area. Unfortunately, the facilities such as mini-golf, tennis, soccer field, etc. are currently not usable... But it didn't bother us... We will be happy to come back :-)

The place "old fire station" was very nice. The house is in a quiet location and is a good starting point for excursions in the area. The house is great and lovingly decorated, clean and very well appointed. Evelyn welcomed us in a friendly way and the communication also worked flawlessly. The lovingly designed garden was our highlight.

We had a lovely Easter weekend at Sabine's house. The different floors in the house make it feel like you have even more space. The three bedrooms have given us enough privacy for everyone. Sabine lovingly furnished her house and we were able to make ourselves comfortable even in bad weather. When the sun came out, we were also able to enjoy the lake a little. The wakeboard system occupies a large part of the lake and some places (e.g. the mini golf course) on the other side of the lake are abandoned. It was still exciting to discover them and they weren't listed as a current offer. In addition, we were able to do a really nice hike in the area. We would definitely visit Sabine's house again!:)

The communication with Heike and Felix (host) was great, all questions were answered immediately and uncertainties resolved. The house is very well maintained and it is everything you need on site. The last but not the guest gift surprised me really positively. This was the first time there but certainly not the last time, but then for longer! Aggregate: Perfect, just great and highly recommended!

Absolutely recommend 😊 we had a wonderful Easter weekend at Daniel's Airbnb. Communication was great, quick and very friendly. We got great tips. Airbnb was as described. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and more - from numerous spices to coffee. We were able to enjoy the balcony even in not so good weather. The cafe downstairs in the house has a great atmosphere and invites you to linger at the Werra if you don't want to sit on the balcony. The area around Bad Sooden-Allendorf is also highly recommended, great for hiking or canoeing. Thank you Daniel for the help and the beautiful place to spend time with the family.

We enjoyed staying at the top floor apt of this beautiful old home on the river very much and hope to return one day! Views are idyllic and grounds of the property were amazing.

Apartment is as described, communication with Alexa hassle-free. Everything clean, kitchen with everything you need, terrace to rest perfect. Recommended!

A small, extremely cozy little apartment with everything you need! The hosts are incredibly helpful and nice. I felt very comfortable and highly recommend this place.

A comfortable and well-equipped two-bedroom apartment on the top floor of an old farmhouse in the village of Vernawahlshausen, a short drive from Uslar. Very friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment is just under the roof of the farmhouse, so during hot sunny weather it can get quite hot in the apartment. I was there during the heatwave in July 2022, and (being Scottish) there were a couple of days when I found the heat uncomfortable. The hosts very kindly arranged for me to sleep in a spare bedroom on the ground floor of the farmhouse, which was much cooler. Many thanks. I would be very happy to stay in this apartment again if I return to this part of Germany. One other comment. If you're interested in cycling, a good off-road cycle path connects Vernawahlshausen with the very nice Weser Cycle Path. A trip to Hann. Münden is worthwhile, and I recommend the Ratsbrauhaus for lunch.

Thank you for the very relaxing and pleasant stay. I particularly liked the rain shower! Communication with Oxana is very straightforward and she is always ready to help me with everything. It is noticeably important to her that I, as her guest, am completely happy and that I lack nothing. Highly recommended!
