Helsa is easily accessible by tram and offers everything for daily needs (pharmacy, Netto, Edeka). You can be in Kassel in just 20–25 minutes. The field archery course, which is within walking distance, is particularly beautiful. Tickets are available at the petrol station, and we are happy to lend equipment. In summer, the outdoor pool provides a refreshing change.

We, a young family, offer you an apartment decorated with love according to the motto "As if for myself" in the district of Kassel. The apartment includes an approx. 20 m² partially covered terrace and a garden. In the apartment itself, everything is available for everyday needs. Extensive range from spices to board games, washing machine, fly screens and care products. A recreational area in the district of the Documenta city of Kassel can be reached in about 15 minutes.

The direct access to the forest invites you for hiking and relaxing walks. Along the three rivers there are great bike routes. The historic old town (20 min) and shopping facilities (5 min) are also within walking distance. Free parking is available on the street.

The newly renovated, comfortable studio is on the ground floor of a traditional half-timbered house (Fachwerkhaus). It offers about 32.00 square meters of living / dining room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, a small fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The studio can be occupied by 1-4 people. Floor-to-ceiling windows ensure good lighting and an attractive view of the quiet, green garden, in which there is a separate seat that belongs to the studio.

The apartment in the Hasen-Haus is located not far from Lake Affoldern, right at the entrance to the Kellerwald National Park – the perfect start to wonderful hikes. It is about 2 km to Lake Edersee. Around the lake there are countless leisure activities for all ages: the wildlife park, the summer toboggan run, a treetop trail, the climbing park, bike tours, water sports and swimming on and in the lake, a canoe tour on the Eder and much more.

The guest apartment is located on the ground floor of a listed half-timbered house, the former Obermühle in Kaufungen. The house is quietly located in the old town center on the river "Losse" , directly on the hiking trails of the Kaufung Forest and below the collegiate church. It is a 5-minute walk to the shops and practices of the town center, and it takes about 10 minutes to get to the tram.

The apartment is located on the second floor and you can easily park on the street. Within walking distance you can reach the university in about 10 minutes.
