Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Kent County

This is our second time staying at Kristy's place. Just like last time, it was a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable! Every time I've communicated with Kristy she's been quick to respond and very helpful. Highly recommend!

It was an absolutely wonderful and peaceful weekend. The house is set in a beautiful country setting, close enough to dover but still far enough away to relax from hustle and bustle of the city. The house was spotless and easy to get into had many amenities at the house. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Clear directions for checkout. Cameron was very responsive to questions in a timely manner.

We had a phenomenal stay at Melvin's place! From check in to check out we felt right at home. There were toys for our kids, a playground steps away, walking paths by a river, many delicious local restaurants, fast internet, everything we could ask for! The house was impeccably clean and well stocked. 10/10 would recommend!

I enjoyed this short staycation. The landlord decorated the room very carefully, making me feel warm, relaxed and at home. There is a swimming pool in the house, so you can play in the water in the summer. It is a very suitable place for family travel. The landlord responded to messages very promptly and prepared sufficient supplies.

Vinay’s Airbnb was cozy, clean, and perfect for our stay. He was incredibly accommodating, especially for a late arrival and during a major snowstorm—walkways were shoveled and salted, which made everything so much easier when we arrived. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like bottled water and new toothbrush kits, which were a lifesaver when my son left his toothbrush at a hotel in another state. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Dana was an awesome host! The home was beautiful and looked just like the pictures on the listing. Nice and quiet neighborhood with plenty of things to do in the area, 5 stars and will definitely stay again.

Best airbnb we have stayed at in awhile! Very clean, nice location, comfortable, and great host. Will 100% stay here next time we are in town if it's available. It was the perfect spot for our family to stay a few days.

Stunning location for a peaceful group getaway. Kitchen had everything needed to cook a group meal and more. Decor was stylish with lots of thoughtful touches. The waterfront porch was incredible. We will definitely be back!

Very convenient for me. Close to Dover, so I can visit my Mom. Close to Smyrna. Away from the hustle and bustle. Clayton is a cute little town. Restaurant nearby and liquor store. Place is solid. Bedroom is nice and den with TV has a futon. Kitchen is fine.

Elyse and Josh were great hosts. They were very responsive and helpful. The Airbnb was exactly as listed. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent in the Camden area!

Marianna was so helpful in helping me find this place last minute when I made a mistake booking a home, she responded in a matter of minutes with a solution to my problem and we are forever grateful for that. The place was very nice, all new furniture and appliances in a beautiful kitchen and bathroom. Great view from the huge covered deck. Stones throw to the beach with private access. Great spot to enjoy a fire at the end of the day with the provided fire pit area. Would highly recommend!

This was a great place to stay and the host was great communicater! The only complaint I’d have is we could not turn off the back outside light and it shinned through the shadeless window of the bedroom all night.

I loved my month long stay here! It was such a pleasure to meet Ruthie and I couldn’t have felt more at home. The space was very clean upon arrival and I quickly settled in. Loved coming home and seeing the horses in the front yard, no complaints whatsoever. It definitely exceed my expectations!

Lovely, simple place to stay. We were in town for a sports tournament, so didn't need anything fancy. It was a two-room setup - a living room area with a coffee maker, a small fridge, and pull-out couch, and a bedroom with an attached bath. My daughter and I were very comfortable. The town was cute and walkable, with a number of restaurants and cafes close by.

We really enjoyed our stay at Paul and Erma's place. It had all that we needed for a weekend get away. It was close to our destination and was perfect for just relaxing when we got back. We would definitely stay here again.

Sarah was a good and responsive host. We recommend her bright and sunny home, especially if you have dogs and need a fenced backyard.
