Racing enthusiasts, hikers and cyclists will all find the ideal place here. Traumpfade, the Hohe Acht, Lake Laach and the maars in the Volcanic Eifel are inspiring. The apartment can accommodate 4 people (1 double room, 1 twin-bed room) and has a living-dining room, kitchen, bathroom (shower, bathtub), guest toilet and its own terrace.

Centrally located, not far from the highway, the cozy apartment is located in a detached house in the Ahr Valley. From here you can hike comfortably to the Steinerberghaus, via the Ahrsteig to the Rhein-Ahr-Eifel Nature Park or along the Ahr-Rotweinstraße and the Rotweinwanderweg to Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler. After events at the Nürburgring, you will find peace and relaxation here. A large garden with a fire bowl invites you to linger. For cold days there is a large fireplace in the living area.

The EIFEL QUARTIER anno 1846 is part of an ensemble of several historic natural stone buildings that have been lovingly restored and give discerning guests a great natural experience right in the heart of the Eifel without having to sacrifice relaxed luxury. The EIFEL QUARTIER is a very individual, original accommodation with a modern pellet stove. It covers two floors and has an electric charging station. Here, pure living has been transferred to the modern age.

Access is away from the hustle and bustle via a quiet residential street. All shops for everyday needs, restaurants, cafes and leisure facilities are within walking distance. The walk from the “Ahrweiler Markt” train station to the apartment takes 5 minutes.

Note: the house was affected by the 2021 flood; façade works are almost finished but may occasionally limit terrace use.
