Die Wohnung bietet für 5 Personen Platz (1 DZ, 1 Twin-Bett-Zi & 1 Ausziehbett) & verfügt über einen Wohn-Essraum, Küche, Bad (Dusche, Wanne), Gäste-WC, eigene Terrasse.

Zentral gelegen, unweit der Autobahn, befindet sich die gemütliche Einliegerwohnung in einem Einfamilienhaus im Ahrtal. Von hieraus wanderst du gemütlich zum Steinerberghaus, über den Ahrsteig in den Naturpark Rhein-Ahr-Eifel oder entlang der Ahr-Rotweinstraße und den Rotweinwanderweg nach Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler. Nach Events am Nürburgring findest du hier Ruhe und Entspannung. Ein großer Garten mit Feuerschale lädt zum Verweilen ein. Für kalte Tage gibt es einen großen Kamin im Wohnbereich.
