The apartment was completely renovated in 2017 and partially renovated in 2021. It can be reached through a private entrance in the green backyard of the house. In 13 minutes you can walk to the Kiellinie and in 5 minutes to the center of the lively Holtenauer Straße. Parking around the house is usually easy. Otherwise, there is a parking garage within walking distance on Holtenauer Straße. Bakeries, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, drugstores in the immediate vicinity. Beautiful old building in the city center - 2

The apartment (57 m²) is very centrally located. It is fully furnished and can accommodate 2 people + children. We only rent to non-smokers. No pets. Please only mention children in the chat, as we do not want to charge extra for families. UKSH is about 15 minutes' walk. CAU is about a 20-minute walk, Opera house is about 19 minutes' walk, Art Academy - 2 minutes' walk, Train station and ferries approx. 15 min. walk, Highway entrance about 5 minutes by car. Wi-Fi. Umgeben von einem großen Garten bietet sie eine Oase der Ruhe in lebendiger Innenstadtlage. Die lichtdurchflutete Dachwohnung wurde von uns mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgebaut und 2020 fertiggestellt. Das Interieur vereint neue Designermöbel mit Klassikern, die aus der alten Villa stammen. Die großzügige Wohnung liegt auf zwei Ebenen und ist über ein privates Treppenhaus zu erreichen.

Hi everyone! you will stay in a 1-room apartment (27 square meters - 3rd floor of an apartment building - without an elevator) located directly on the beautiful Schrevenpark. The apartment was completely renovated and modernly furnished in January 2023. Holtenauer Straße, the city center, the university, shopping, restaurants & cafes, as well as KIELER WOCHE, are within walking distance. Free parking is available in and around my street - possibly waiting time.
