The apartment is in the small district of Karsau, which belongs to Rheinfelden (Baden). In an almost 200-year-old farmhouse overlooking our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5 km). Right next door is a children's playground and the forest with beautiful walking and cycling trails is a few minutes' walk away. Start your hikes right outside the door on the Westweg, or mountain bike tour through the Black Forest. Take the S-Bahn (8 min by car) in 30 min to Basel, France is 45 minutes away, Freiburg an hour. Feldberg 45 minutes. Attention: Schweigmatt swimming pool only for club members.

Our farmhouse was built in 1818 and we acquired it in 2019. The apartment was only completed in 2025 and is separated from the main house by a separate entrance. Experience special moments in this family-friendly space. Here you have the opportunity to relax and enjoy nature. The most beautiful hiking trails in the area start directly from the apartment. In the evening, you can relax in the garden, the barbecue is available as well as an open fireplace.

Kick back and relax in this quiet, stylish place. About 50 square meters are at your disposal in a separate apartment. It is a retreat for those who want to feel comfortable and regenerate in nature. Starting point for activities in nature (Belchen, Feldberg, Schluchsee, Titisee), for excursions to the surrounding cities (Basel, Freiburg, Staufen, Strasbourg) or thermal baths in Badenweiler, Bad Krozingen, Bad Bellingen.
