Demberg vacation home

The village of "Demberg," which is characterized by agriculture and forestry, is a district of Wies and belongs to the municipality of Kleines Wiesental. My renovated farmhouse is located at an altitude of 600 meters in a high valley of the southwestern Black Forest. On the ground floor, I offer an apartment of about 55 square meters. The upper floor is also rented out. Noise possible. In the village shop 1 km away, you can stock up on local products but also on the necessary things.

Close to nature & stylish living in the old farmhouse

The apartment is in the small district of Karsau, which belongs to Rheinfelden (Baden). In an almost 200-year-old farmhouse overlooking our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5 km). Right next door is a children's playground and the forest with beautiful walking and cycling trails is a few minutes' walk away. Our compact, tastefully furnished apartment can accommodate one person and combines rustic charm with modern comfort. On approx. 31 m² you will find a living room, dining area, bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen in one room. The apartment is ideally located in the old town, within walking distance of historic sights and restaurants. Enjoy the beauty of nature and easily reach cities such as Freiburg, Basel and Zurich. Cozy apartment

Our farmhouse was built in 1818 and we acquired it in 2019. The apartment was only completed in 2025 and is separated from the main house by a separate entrance. Experience special moments in this family-friendly space. Here you have the opportunity to relax and enjoy nature. The most beautiful hiking trails in the area start directly from the apartment. In the evening, you can relax in the garden, the barbecue is available as well as an open fireplace.

Pfaffenberg is a small village at 700 meters above sea level above the Wiesental valley with proximity to Switzerland and France. Our Black Forest house with a south-facing location offers up to five guests a cozy stay. The border triangle enables a variety of cultural and sports leisure activities. I have traveled a lot myself, speak good German, English, French, Spanish and a little Italian and am always very happy about guests from near and far.

SEARCH also for Birkensicht 2 EAST Our quietly located and lovingly modernized farmhouse is embedded in a 4000 sqm large varied terrain, on which our horses also occasionally romp. Ideal for two people each - both cleverly designed by hand. With a lot of natural wood, to feel good all around, they are bright and friendly. A wide window front, spoiled by the sun, reveals the VIEW through BIRCH TREES into our natural garden.

Beautiful fully furnished attic apartment (80 m²) with balcony and large roof terrace with views of the forests. In the kitchen, the basic equipment such as spices (vinegar, oil, salt, pepper...), dish towels, detergent and various cleaning agents are available. A Senseo coffee maker and a Sodastream (for making sparkling water), are available. In the converted attic there is a hammock and a chaise longue to relax.

Quiet and cozy apartment in beautiful Schopfheim on the edge of the southern Black Forest. Perfect starting point for extensive hiking tours or cycling. The nearest S-Bahn station is only 250 m away for city tours to Basel or Freiburg. A supermarket is just 450 meters away. Münstertal - At home by the rushing stream

The cozy, newly renovated attic apartment is located on the 2nd floor. The house is right on the stream. From the balcony you can see meadows, garden, stream and Black Forest mountains. Münstertal offers many opportunities for hiking on the Belchen or Schauinsland mountains.Hiking trails right at your doorstep. Mountain biking is popular in the Black Forest. Ski lifts can be reached in less than 30 minutes.
