The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. Cheap, separately located accommodation in the expanded basement. Height approx. 2.05 m, so not for large people) Two separate bedrooms with bed (180x200cm and 160x200) TV and seating. The 3rd room provides access to the toilet and bathtub... There is a small kitchenette, with microwave, small oven and 2 induction hotplates for warming up food & preparing small dishes. Comfortable and every room has cable TV. Senseo coffee machine and water surface.

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.
