Despite the quiet location, it is only 900 m walk to the center of Lahnstein, the bus stops are only a 2-minute walk away. A total of 105 m² of living space is available (2 bedrooms, living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, hallway, utility room, terrace).

Welcome to beautiful Koblenz am Rhein and to our lovingly designed apartment in the Lützel district! The apartment is 94 m² and is located on the 1st floor of a 6-family house without elevator and can be used by 6 people. The old town is a 5-minute walk away and the bus and train can be reached in 2 minutes. Since my mother lives in the neighboring house, there is always a contact person who is also happy to give good tips :-)

Parking is available on request right in front of the house. Free of charge also in the side streets.

You will stay centrally located in the Mülheim district. In the immediate vicinity, you will find one of the best restaurants in the region, Restaurant Linde. Just 100 meters away is a small but nice bakery. A few steps further is a nice ice cream shop. In a few minutes by bike you can reach the Rhine with great bike paths towards Koblenz or Andernach.
