We had a wonderful week with the best weather for the time. The apartment is very spacious, bright and well equipped. A beautiful large kitchen with large fridge, large shower and very nice terrace with the best views. Everything very modern and new. We personally did not get along so well with the mattresses, but that is individually different. The location was super quiet and therefore very relaxing. The place is very cozy with supermarket and bakery. We highly recommend!

the host is very nice and friendly! he gave all information about neighorhood. the room is good,especially lovely garden, and the location is good to visit messe. To U bahn, walk 15 min. To messe, only 3 stations!

I had booked the apartment for my parents who felt very comfortable. Due to its location in the backyard, the apartment is quiet, although it is in lively surroundings. The property is very spacious and stylish and cozy. Communication with Laura was very pleasant, all my questions were responded to quickly.

We liked Mathias's apartment, especially the location with good subway connection, shopping within walking distance and lots of greenery outside. Parking was easy to find,after that we left the car. Communication with Mathias was great.

We were completely satisfied with our place. The location at the edge of the village was great, right across the street a good restaurant and hiking trails up to the mountain. In addition, the room was nice and modernly furnished and the in-house wellness area was inviting and cozy.

Christine was a helpful and friendly guest. The apartment was clean and looked just like the pictures. We loved our stay.

Hans was responsive and welcoming as a host. We were due to arrive on Sunday when food markets are closed, so he bought a few basics to have on hand. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located.

The apartment is super clean with great attention to detail like having high quality linen and towels. Tanya is a very welcoming warm person and we loved her raisin bread. Would highly recommend staying here! There are multiple hiking trails around and you can walk to the village with some restaurants

Central, quiet and modern – a perfect apartment for Kitzbühel!

We had a very nice stay in the appartement in Fieberbrunn. The appartment was very clean and very well equiped! The terrace is the main reason we chose this accomodation and it did not disappoint: spacious and calm, with the sauna and a nice view as absolute plus point. Communication with the owner went very smooth in addition to the the self check-in. We would definitily recommend staying here and are planning to come back in winter time.

We had a wonderful time at Silvia's apartment! Everything was great – the apartment is very clean, cozy and decorated with a lot of love. We felt very comfortable from the first moment. Silvia is incredibly nice and helpful. Absolutely recommended – we will be happy to come back!

It was a dream. The place is very chic. We were there with our three teenagers, to go skiing. The apartment has everything you need. :) If necessary, the couch is too small for 5 people to lounge on. But hey, if you don't have anything else. The place has everything you need. Thank you, thank you for everything!

Everything was awesome. It has a great location and a fantastic view, Stefen was beneficial. We enjoyed. The only thing that we didn't expect was that the barbeque in the photo wasn't usable during winter. We prepared a lot of meat for several meals, but we had to cook them in the kitchen and it was hard. In the end, we enjoyed it we hopefully we'll come to see here in summer.

Very nice place to stay with a shared sauna + indoor & outdoor hot tub for the 3 apartments. Everything is very modern and the apartments are very spacious. We had a great skiing vacation with a small ski resort right in Hochfilzen and the large ski resort Saalbach accessible from the surrounding towns. A bus stop for the ski bus is almost right outside the door. We'll definitely be back!

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

The property is located in a beautiful location in the Munich foothills. The climate and fresh air were very pleasant. The apartment itself was very clean, spacious and stylishly furnished. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent soundproofing – you can't hear other guests or steps from above. Our personal highlight was the hot tub and barbecue hut – the latter we thought it was a bit expensive, but still a great extra. The service was excellent: requests were always responded to quickly and kindly. Thanks to the good highway connection, Munich can be reached in about 30 minutes, which made spontaneous day trips very pleasant. All in all, a highly recommended place to stay – so there are 5 stars from us!

We really enjoyed our time at Christine & Sepp's place. Great apartment with wonderful hot tub in a relaxing, quiet location. For the children, the time with the animals was also particularly nice. Thank you for your warm welcome, see you again.

This was a great little place near Munich. Mustahsin was a fabulous host! He was there to meet us at the property, and even came looking for us when we got lost! It was a comfortable place to stay. I would consider staying there again if I find myself in the area.

The place was beautiful and flooded with light. In the morning we could enjoy the sun right in the property, and the garden offered the perfect way to soak up the warm rays of the sun in complete tranquility. Everything was perfect: the place was clean, the beds were comfortable and stocked with wonderfully thick, cozy blankets. The fireplace provided coziness, and in the basement there was even a small gym with everything you need. Hubert and Ines were great hosts – always quick to communicate and incredibly helpful. They even provided us with sleds! An absolutely great space and amazing hosts.

We had a great stay and were very happy with everything! The place was clean, cozy and exactly as described. Communication with the host Andreas was smooth and the location was perfect for our needs. We will definitely be back and can only recommend the accommodation!

The contact with Freddy was very friendly, and welcoming. Freddy's apartment is very nice, the view of the countryside is soothing , the Jacuzzy is a pleasure. The only disturbing thing is the train traffic, which you can hear quite loudly and do not expect in this green idyll - but at night it was quiet and we slept wonderfully. All in all, a very nice stay, happy to come again!
