This is the ideal place for a family gathering, or for groups of colleagues or yoga practicioners. While the kids play on the inhouse playground, the parents can cook or sit around the fire place. Or have some "me time" in their own large bedroom. With good weather you can gather in the large garden or around the private pool. The charming 74 square meter apartment to feel good is located on the 3rd upper floor of a turn-of-the-century house. It is located right in the center of Siegburg. The popular pedestrian area with great cafes and restaurants is only 200 m away. The train station is a 2 minute walk (ice connection). It has been newly renovated and recently furnished with attention to detail. By car you have very good transport links to Bonn and Cologne (A3/A59/A565)

Very nice apartment with terrace

You will stay centrally located in the Mülheim district. In the immediate vicinity, you will find one of the best restaurants in the region, Restaurant Linde. Just 100 meters away is a small but nice bakery. A few steps further is a nice ice cream shop. In a few minutes by bike you can reach the Rhine with great bike paths towards Koblenz or Andernach.
