The self-contained 90 sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 2-family house at the foot of the Petersberg 1 bedroom approx. 16 sqm with a 180 x 200 bed 1 bedroom approx. 16 square meters with two 100 x 200 beds 1 bathroom, kitchen, office corner, 1 large dining-living area of about 35 square meters, with flat-screen TV and cozy corner sofa. ... and a balcony overlooking Bonn and the vineyards! Our bright and friendly apartment is located in the middle of the Siebengebirge, directly below the Oelberg in Königswinter-Heisterbacherrott, directly next to the nature reserve and is the ideal starting point for many hikes and mountain bike tours in our beautiful surroundings, e.g. to the Oelberg, Petersberg, Drachenfels or Löwenburg. Our apartment measures about 50 square meters and has its own entrance. The apartment has a private parking space and a small front garden.

Rhöndorf, located at the foot of the scenic, legendary Drachenfels in the Siebengebirge, is a picturesque place on the Rhine and is 15 km south of Bonn. From here you can perfectly explore the near and far surroundings of the region or simply hike a few stages of the Rheinsteig, which passes Rhöndorf.

The Kottenforst Nature Reserve is within walking distance and invites you to take walks and bike tours. The apartment is well connected. The city center can be reached in about 15 minutes. Cooking is not allowed in the apartment, but restaurants and the cafeteria are nearby.

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

Vacation in the heart of Rhöndorf

This unique half-timbered house in the heart of Rhöndorf can be booked by 2-6 people. You will only get all 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms if you book for 5 adults or more. Otherwise, 2 adults are always counted per room. It is located on our private farm right next to our own estate tavern and opposite our Rhöndorf inn. You can also rent e-bikes on request or taste our wines from the Weingut Haus im Turm in our estate tavern.

Vacation home Bachstelze in the mountain area of Königswinter at the foot of the Ölberg. Our apartment has a double bedroom (1.60 m), a spacious hallway with reading corner and sofa, a shower room and a cozy kitchen. The apartment also has a private terrace, which is only used by guests, with magnificent views of the countryside. Our apartment is allergy-friendly. The walls were painted chemical-free with chalk paint.

"Der Schuppen" comfortable cottage in Kessenich

"Der Schuppen" is a former workshop, which I have converted into a modern, small feel-good house. They live centrally, but surrounded by greenery, at the foot of Venusberg. Shops for everyday needs and the tram stop are a 4-minute walk. The train station is 11 minutes to the train station. The house of history is 1.4 km away and the World Conference Center is 1,9 km away. The open plan "shed" has a private entrance.
