The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

A lovely, newly renovated roof studio equipped with air conditioning. Located in the centre of Konstanz near „Seerhein“ the roof studio can be easily reached by all means of transportation. The Constance climate protection tax of 5.6% is added to the rental price. The apartment has a minimum rental period of 7 days.

The apartment can accommodate two people and is located in the basement of a residential building built in 1927 in a quiet location. The house as well as the apartment was renovated by us in 2009 and modernly equipped. In a few minutes walk you are in the Lorettowald, the bakery and the supermarket.
