You can easily go for a swim (just 100m to a public small beach) and from many spots you can catch a view to the lake, to Überlingen and the landing stage of Dingelsdorf - no hectic, no stress - just relax & enjoy. The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

This modern studio apartment is located close to the lake (3 min.) and offers a clean and earthy design. The fully equipped kitchen, the separate bathroom with a walk-in shower and the cozy living-room/dining area as well as the comfy double bed are inviting you to fully relax and enjoy yourself. Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car.

With 3 rooms and 2 large double beds (1.8 m), the accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and 2-3 small children. The well-equipped kitchen with granite countertop invites you to cook together. A bathroom with rain shower and bathtub provides relaxation and well-being. The spacious living room with Wi-Fi and cable TV is connected to a terrace with seating. Suitable for wheelchair users.

A paradise for families on Lake Constance. 100 meters to the swimming area at Seerhein Gottlieben. 2 SUPs and 3 bikes are available. Canoe, kayak, other SUPs and bicycles for rent in the village. Sandbox, swing and climbing frame in the garden to play. Gottlieben Cafe and 2 restaurants on the Seerhein that enchant. The apartment has a low ceiling height, and is brightly lit. We hosts (family with 3 toddlers) live above it and footsteps can be heard from us. Sauna (2 persons)

Time-out in the Wöschhüsli

The Wöschhüsli, built in 1861, offers dreamy accommodation for singles and couples in a good location. The two rooms measure about 40 m² and the outdoor area in the courtyard and the garden is often used. The mini kitchen with a small fridge and two hotplates is well equipped for an extensive, warm breakfast. The location is absolutely central, close to the lake, close to the old town of Konstanz and an ideal starting point for bike shopping bathing sightseeing tours.

Thanks to the central location, you can reach the city center in a few minutes and in about 15 minutes you are at beautiful Lake Constance. The apartment is bright and comfortably furnished with a modern shower and kitchen so that nothing stands in the way of your relaxation. Oasis of tranquility near the lake... Captain's House

Our apartment is very tranquil and completely quiet in a street parallel to the lake. It is located on the 2nd floor, and has a beautiful wrap-around balcony with table and chairs for a nice day in the sun. Just a short walk separates you from the shore of the natural beach and the many other tempting leisure activities. We now also have a charging station for electric vehicles. In our house is another apartment… Captains Suite.

Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." With one bedroom, an open living and dining room, bathroom, kitchen and two balconies with great lake views, the apartment offers an ideal retreat for a great vacation. Enjoy your stay with us. Our beloved family country house welcomes you! The old house, which we have lovingly and completely renovated from an ecological point of view, is located opposite a beautiful vantage point with an old oak tree over the lake. It is only a 5-minute walk from the historic old town. The cozy accommodation is wonderfully quiet with an idyllic view of the vineyards in the middle of a beautiful, natural garden.
