Quiet central apartment

The apartment is about 30 square meters, consists of a bedroom with a bed 140 cm wide and wardrobe, the windows are darkened by roller blinds, an open living room with a 140 cm wide sofa bed and small dining area; small kitchen with fridge, 2-burner stove, sink and microwave combination unit; balcony, as well as a shower room (tub about 15 cm high) with toilet and a small storage room. Final cleaning with surface disinfectant. Bed linen is washed when guests change.

Bright apartment with view of the countryside

The rooms (38 m²) are located on the 2nd floor of the house. The apartment is not self-contained. It consists of a large living/sleeping room, kitchen, storage room and bathroom. Everything is available for self-catering. Washer and dryer can be shared for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 people are possible for an extra charge. Bookings can only be made with a verified ID.

Vacation, trade fair, business travel, small photo shoot, weekend vacation... Do you like the other, special? Then we're on the same wavelength. The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house.
