From here it is about a 15-minute walk to Lake Ammersee, the Dampfersteg and the lake facilities with an artists' pavilion. Eine Parkmöglichkeit finden Sie unmittelbar vor dem Haus. Eine Feuerschale im Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten steht für gemütliche Abende bereit. In der Wohnung sorgt eine Fußbodenheizung unter dem Parkettboden auch in der kälteren Jahreszeit für angenehme Wärme.
