This apartment offers you both: tranquility in the countryside and yet you are in the middle of Munich in just 30 minutes. The train station is a 2-minute walk away. The Ammersee and Wörthsee, two of the most beautiful lakes in the Munich area, can also be reached by car in 15 minutes. The apartment is located in a house with six parties on the property where my grandparents' house used to be. That's why there are still some memorabilia in the apartment, such as my grandmother's old sewing machine.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Our holiday home is a spacious, light-flooded, detached architect's house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden on a hillside. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with a PV system, battery storage and an air heat pump.

Liebe Gäste, unsere Unterkunft befindet sich im unteren Bereich unseres Hauses. Der Zugang ist ebenerdig. Die Wohnung ist bis auf eine kleine Schwelle in der Toilette barrierefrei. Eine Parkmöglichkeit finden Sie unmittelbar vor dem Haus. Eine Feuerschale im Garten mit Sitzgelegenheiten steht für gemütliche Abende bereit. In der Wohnung sorgt eine Fußbodenheizung unter dem Parkettboden auch in der kälteren Jahreszeit für angenehme Wärme.
