The accommodation is perfect for couples, single travellers or families with children, as the second sleeping option is a pull-out sofa in the living room. The new building was acquired by us in May 2016. The 46 square meter apartment on the ground floor of the house is quiet but also central to many places of interest in the region. Wine cultivation with the typical broom economies, as well as many winemakers with tasting rooms can be reached quickly by bike or car.

Not far from the house is the Schwanner Warte, the starting point of many hikes and walks. The metropolitan areas of Karlsruhe, Ettlingen, Pforzheim and Stuttgart are easily accessible.
