Das in 2020 fertig gestellte Ferienhaus bietet auf 57qm zwei Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Essbereich, Bad + Regendusche sowie eine finnischen Sauna (50-70 Grad), Holzofen ein Ambiente, das selbst kalte und regnerische Tage behaglich macht. Der Blick aus den bodentiefen Fenstern und von der 40qm Terrasse richtet sich auf das große Aussengelände und lädt zum Entspannen draußen in direktem Kontakt zur Natur ein. Sophies Villa

Sophies Villa liegt in einem Hinterhof, mitten in der Stadt. Im unteren Wohnbereich findest du eine Couch, die man ausziehen kann, einen Tisch und 2 Stühle, TV und einen kleinen Küchenbereich. Über eine steile Treppe gelangt man in den Schlafbereich und zum Bad. Da die Treppe sehr steil ist, ist sie nicht für Menschen geeignet, die in ihrer Bewegung eingeschränkt sind. Diese Unterkunft ist auch nicht für Kinder und Kleinkinder geeignet, es keine Sicherheitsabspeerungen im oberen Bereich gibt.

Located on the edge of the "Schönbuch Nature Park". Ideal starting point for hikes and bike rides. Attractive destinations such as Tübingen, Bebenhausen, Herrenberg, Stuttgart... are easily accessible. Cooking, eating, living + terrace on the ground floor. The loft beds are accessible via a ladder and a filigree "net bridge" and require surefootedness. The pine wood on the walls gives the house a rustic cosiness and a pleasant scent. A pellet stove and radiators provide cosy warmth in winter.

Wir vermieten auf unserem 2ha großen Waldgrundstück ein idyllisches Schwedenhäuschen für 2 Personen. Für Wellness-Fans ist auch die Buchung einer Massage in unserer Praxis möglich. Unsere mit Holz beheizte Faßsauna ist mit der Naturdusche bei unseren Gästen sehr beliebt. Die Sauna kann kostenpflichtig gebucht werden. Bettbezüge und Handtücher sind bitte mitzubringen oder gegen eine Gebühr leih bar. Matratze wird von uns frisch bezogen Auch Frühstück kann auf Anfrage dazu gebucht werden

You sleep in a cozy bed, can turn on the stove, enjoy your food and drink at the table and look into the forest. You can shower in a red wine barrel and at night you don't have to go out if you need to. Electricity and water are of course available. When it's warm, it's also worth visiting the swimming pool.

Our Black Forest Lodge is located in the back of the property and was completed in August 2020. The house has an infrared sauna. We have lovingly furnished it with many great details. A place to relax. The property is located in a district of Bühl, very close to the spa town of Baden-Baden. Vacation in nature in the Palatinate

Our vacation home is located far away from noise and hustle and bustle, in the middle of the Palatinate Forest and directly on the German Wine Route. On the ground floor there is a living and dining area with a small well-equipped kitchen and a shower room. The first floor has 2 separate bedrooms for up to 4 people, each with two beds. The house has a terrace with direct access to the garden.
