The brine bath, the mineral water fountains and the public transport are within walking distance in max 5 minutes. Cannstatt S-Bahn station about 10-15 minutes. There are 2 beds that were built in a bunk shape, a fridge, a couch, a cooking area, washing/showering is possible. The garden, as well as the courtyard can be shared & in the house there is usually a contact person.
