One bathroom; only ONE fast induction hotplate, simple cooking, fridge, Wi-Fi. Double bed (160 × 200). Additional table + chairs in the garden. Free bikes. Bus on B207 junction Buchholz. Very fast to the lake, boating. No animals, no smoking. Limited telephony in the house due to clay plaster depending on the provider.

Quietly located, only 5 minutes to Lake Ratzeburg, 20 minutes to Lübeck and about 30 minutes to the Baltic Sea. Designer furniture, spacious rooms and sunny terraces offer the perfect setting for relaxation and excursions. On the edge of a small farm complex, surrounded by horses, chickens and a pair of storks, is our functional tiny house. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.

The apartment is only 35 square meters. A stay with 3 or 4 people is only recommended for a short period. Living and sleeping take place in one room (see drawing). Food preparation is also limited. There are two hobs as well as pots and pans available, but no oven or microwave. However, Lübeck invites you to eat in its various restaurants. You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay.

Small, cozy basement apartment with separate entrance in a Lübeck old town villa. Very central yet quiet area in the immediate vicinity of the Trave Canal. Good shopping, weekly market, cinema and restaurants are quickly reached. The old town island can be reached on foot (enjoyably) via walking paths along the Trave. Via the Herrentunnel you can quickly get to Niendorf /Timmendorf or Travemünde.
