Guest apartment on the Wakenitz

We have converted a part of our house, where we live as a family, into a guest apartment. This non-smoking apartment is a separate part of our house. It is located on the edge of the Wakenitzniederung Nature and Landscape Protection Area, ideal for 2 to 3 people. The large living room is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people and another, separate single bed. The kitchen with dining area is located in a second room, in front of the private entrance there is a small sunny terrace.

This terraced house (approx. 100 square meters) is offered for rent when the owner is away or on vacation. We like it uncomplicated, which means almost everything stays as it is. The terraced house is ideally suited for 3-4 people. From here it is a stone's throw to the tourist strongholds of Travemünde, Niendorf and Timmendorf or to Lübeck. Due to the location on the Dummersdorfer Ufer Nature Reserve, you are in a fantastic environment away from the hustle and bustle.

My accommodation is a complete apartment in the annex of an EFH near the Baltic Sea beach, family-friendly activities and plenty of culture offers Lübeck to Hauf, bus stop 1 minute walk. You'll love my place because of the beautiful surroundings, the outdoor space on the veranda, the view of the Trave water, the fantastic sunrises over the water. Great for couples, business travelers, and families with children. The two mentioned bedrooms are gablechards (see photo).

Between the Baltic Sea beach and Lübeck, our apartment is located on the upper floor of a house built in 1926. The stairs to the apartment are wooden (not soundless). The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The public transport takes you to the beaches and to Lübeck. The apartment has its own parking space, small garden with terrace and its own entrance. Lage Von der Wohnung aus können viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie die Haupteinkaufsstraße in wenigen Minuten Fußweg erreicht werden. Die Straße ist mit ihrem Kopfsteinpflaster, den historischen Häusern und seinen vielen Gängen eine der typischen Lübecker Altstadtstraßen. Um die Ecke befindet sich der Elbe-Lübeck-Kanal mit schönen Spazierwegen. Zwei historische Freibäder können Sie zu Fuß erreichen.

As part of a two-family house, this apartment is small but cozy. Its 35 square meters include a kitchen-living room, a separate bedroom, and a spacious shower. The sofa bed makes it possible for three people to stay here, but we recommend only two guests. There is a free parking space on the property, and the wall box for charging electric cars can also be used for a fee.

Our beautiful newly renovated 40 sqm studio in Mediterranean style invites you to feel good. Up to 4 people can make themselves comfortable here. The couch offers an extended approx. 1.40 lying area. You are welcome to bring your dog, unfortunately our dog does not like our dog.

Vacation home near the Trave 2 (upper)

Cozy apartment with a private bathroom on the outskirts of town. Good connection: By train you can go directly to the city center in about 10 minutes or to the Baltic Sea in 20 minutes. Bus & train are within walking distance as well as a shopping center and Ikea.
