Holiday rentals with a balcony in Kufstein District

Bettina & Josef received us very nicely. Very kind and welcoming. They will be happy to take you in the stables for a tour. The own brewed snaps flowed abundantly! The location is great and the apartment very complete (also the bath towels are just provided) We stayed with 10 for winter sports. Plenty of space. 15 min by car and then you are at the ski resort. In the area, you can take beautiful walks. For other entertainment (aprés ski, dining, groceries, bowling, ice skating, etc., you do need a car or a taxi) The apartment is definitely on our list to turn on again! We stayed for a week and went skiing every day. The host was very friendly and check in process relaxed. My teenage kids could walk to the ski bus when they wanted to come later to the slopes. The living area was a bit smaller than expected (for a 3 bedroom apartment), but functional and comfortable. The highlight was the views and sitting on the terrace in the afternoon sun… We would recommend the village and this place.

Nice place to stay surrounded by beautiful nature. Not that many windows and the sun does not reach the balcony, but furthermore everything is perfect and cozy.

Great apartment. Nice hostess. Everything you need is there. Consumables such as garbage bags, dish soap, and sponges are also there. Many accommodations lack this. We were there for skiing. The ski resort at Schatzberg is right outside the door. The Wilder Kaiser is a 25-minute drive away. We explored both areas and had a lot of fun. We'll be back!

Great place! Very comfortable and nicely furnished. A stunning balcony overlooking the sunset in the mountains is a separate free spectacle in itself:) The hostess Maria is very friendly, and she helped us with tips on where to go on this day. We had a lovely time! Please note - there is laundry, but you need to order it separately. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to relax and unwind.

A very well located place to stay! It was very cozy with a beautiful environment. Ideal for guests with dogs, like us. A small highlight was the sauna that can be used.

We really enjoyed our stay. It caused us some confusion first having Interhome as a middle man, but everything worked very well in the end.

We had a great stay with my group of friends and we really enjoyed it. Lot of space for 6 or more with no problem. Everything what we needed was in the kitchen and there is a grill which is lovely. 100% recommend

We absolutely loved our stay! A lovely little place in the most beautiful surroundings. Spring is an excellent time to visit as the weather was nice, the flowers were blooming and we could still see some snow on top of the mountains. The place is all fully equipped with what we needed. The large bed was very comfortable and there’s plenty of space around to store belongings. The kitchen was lovely, well stocked and had everything we needed. The bathroom was lovely, fully renovated, it is quite a low ceiling but was fine for us. Do note also that the stairs are very narrow and steep so you have to be careful- but they were fine for us! The family live in the house next door and are all very welcoming. The family dog and cat are also very sweet and love to be patted/ played with. It was so lovely being able to stay on a traditional farm in Austria, an experience we will never forget! We would love to stay again one day!

We stayed with 4 families for a week in the beautiful Zillertal. The house was perfect, the garden was great for the kids, the house beautiful and everything super clean. The hostess was very friendly and helpful, we look forward to seeing you next time.

We hope to go back to this wonderful home in Tyrol!

We LOVED our stay here! The house was perfect for our large group, and Nadine was even flexible with opening up an extra room on the ground floor for my handicapped MIL so she wouldn't have to climb the stairs. There were several great restaurants within walking distance and the gondola was also within walking distance. The house had everything we needed for our stay, the beds were very comfortable, and the little outside garden and seating area was so lovely and a very nice little retreat to enjoy the weather. Our only complaint was that we paid a refundable 200 euro cash breakage deposit when we arrived, but were only refunded 125 due to a tax that was not communicated to us prior. Otherwise, we highly highly recommend this home, would absolutely return, and even sent the listing to our friends who live locally to recommend to any of their visitors.
