Holiday rentals with a balcony in Kufstein District

Bettina & Josef hebben ons heel fijn ontvangen. Heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. Zij nemen je graag mee de stallen in voor een rondleiding. De eigen gebrouwen snaps vloeide rijkelijk! De locatie is super en het appartement heel compleet (ook de badlakens zijn gewoon aanwezig) Wij verbleven met z’n 10-en voor de wintersport. Ruimte genoeg. 15 minuten met de auto en dan sta je bij het skigebied. In de omgeving kun je mooie wandelingen maken. Voor andere vertier (aprés ski, uiteten, boodschappen, bowlen, schaatsen e.d heb je wel een auto nodig of een taxi) Het appartement staat zeker op ons lijstje om nog een keer aan te doen! We stayed for a week and went skiing every day. The host was very friendly and check in process relaxed. My teenage kids could walk to the ski bus when they wanted to come later to the slopes. The living area was a bit smaller than expected (for a 3 bedroom apartment), but functional and comfortable. The highlight was the views and sitting on the terrace in the afternoon sun… We would recommend the village and this place.

Nice place to stay surrounded by beautiful nature. Not that many windows and the sun does not reach the balcony, but furthermore everything is perfect and cozy.

Tolle Wohnung. Nette Gastgeberin. Alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Auch Verbrauchsmaterialien wie Mülltüten, Spülmittel und Schwämme sind da. Dies lassen viele Unterkünfte vermissen. Wir waren zum Skifahren dort. Das Skigebiet am Schatzberg ist direkt vor der Tür. Zum wilden Kaiser sind es 25 min mit dem Auto. Wir haben beide Gebiete erkundet und hatten sehr viel Spaß. Wir kommen wieder!

Отличное место! Очень удобное и приятно обставлено. Потрясающий балкончик, с видом на закат в горах - само по себе отдельное бесплатное зрелище:) Хозяйка Мария очень дружелюбна, и замечательно нам помогла с советами, куда стоит поехать именно в этот день. Мы прекрасно провели время! Обратите внимания - стирка есть, но ее нужно заказывать отдельно. Рекомендую это место всем желающим расслабиться и отдохнуть.

Super, gîte bien situé pour explorer une belle région, hôtesse sympathique

Eine sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft! Es war sehr gemütlich mit einer schönen Umgebung. Ideal für Gäste mit Hunden, wie wir. Ein kleines Highlight war die Sauna, die man mit nutzen kann.

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen, und wir würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen. Auch die Erreichbarkeit des Lifts und die Anreise mit dem PKW waren problemlos. Ein Parkplatz stand immer zur Verfügung, und die Abende sowie die Nächte waren sehr ruhig und entspannt.

We had a great stay with my group of friends and we really enjoyed it. Lot of space for 6 or more with no problem. Everything what we needed was in the kitchen and there is a grill which is lovely. 100% recommend

We absolutely loved our stay! A lovely little place in the most beautiful surroundings. Spring is an excellent time to visit as the weather was nice, the flowers were blooming and we could still see some snow on top of the mountains. The place is all fully equipped with what we needed. The large bed was very comfortable and there’s plenty of space around to store belongings. The kitchen was lovely, well stocked and had everything we needed. The bathroom was lovely, fully renovated, it is quite a low ceiling but was fine for us. Do note also that the stairs are very narrow and steep so you have to be careful- but they were fine for us! The family live in the house next door and are all very welcoming. The family dog and cat are also very sweet and love to be patted/ played with. It was so lovely being able to stay on a traditional farm in Austria, an experience we will never forget! We would love to stay again one day!

Wir waren mit 4 Familien für eine Woche im schönen Zillertal. Das Haus war perfekt, der Garten ganz toll für die Kinder geeignet, das Haus wunderschön und alles super sauber. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir freuen uns schon auf ein nächstes Mal.

Все було чудово! Постільну білизну обов'язково резервуйте або беріть зі собою. Рушники обов'язково беріть. Пральної машини немає, побутова техніка є все , що необхідно для кухні. Wі є, а також телевізор і на вулиці можна грилити. Ми провели прекрасні дні з сімєю! Дуже тихо і затишно! Дякуємо за перебування! До зустрічі!

We LOVED our stay here! The house was perfect for our large group, and Nadine was even flexible with opening up an extra room on the ground floor for my handicapped MIL so she wouldn't have to climb the stairs. There were several great restaurants within walking distance and the gondola was also within walking distance. The house had everything we needed for our stay, the beds were very comfortable, and the little outside garden and seating area was so lovely and a very nice little retreat to enjoy the weather. Our only complaint was that we paid a refundable 200 euro cash breakage deposit when we arrived, but were only refunded 125 due to a tax that was not communicated to us prior. Otherwise, we highly highly recommend this home, would absolutely return, and even sent the listing to our friends who live locally to recommend to any of their visitors.
