For a time of simple happiness!

This accommodation, located at the owner's home, but nevertheless independent of the main house, offers a peaceful and relaxing stay for the whole family. On the banks of the Loir, close to La Flèche Zoo (2.9 km) but also 10 minutes from the city center of La Flèche, the accommodation is ideally located for a pleasant stay, without necessarily needing to use the car. However, it is not very suitable for cooking because there is no sink, but nevertheless offers the possibility of reheating dishes.

A break in Luché-Pringé in this accommodation for 6 people, equipped with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two toilets, a terrace not overlooked, a large garage equipped with an electric charging station (3.7 kW). All the comforts for a stay in our small city of character, close to the La Flèche Zoo and the Prytanée, the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, the Château du Lude, the Châteaux de la Loire, Terrabotanica, not to mention our shops, our municipal swimming pool and our bike paths.

The house is pleasant to live in a quiet area. Parking spaces right in front of the house . A few minutes' walk from the center and restaurants and the prytané. Less than 10 minutes from the zoo by car. You will find everything you need for cooking oven, hob , microwave ,fridge/freezer, filter coffee maker and Senseo, dishwasher. A nice bathroom.
