Village house renovated in 2019 by a renowned architect, ideally located in the village of La Flotte. The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

A window is opened to reveal a lush view of blooming bougainvillea and greenery. A simple wooden shelf is present below the window, adorned with smooth stones and a vase holding a single rose. Natural light filters softly into the interior space.

The house does not have an outdoor area but is in a very good location. You can do anything on foot. Equipped with Internet (fiber), Wi-Fi, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer, TVs, everything for your comfort. Linens and towels are provided for stays of one week or more.
