Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

Charming 30 m2 studio, equipped for 2 people, located on the 1st floor of a village house. Ideally located in the heart of La Flotte (2 min walk to the port, the daily market, 5 min to the beach). You can access the apartment through a small common courtyard where you can park your bikes. Your accommodation consists of an entrance, a seating area, a kitchen area, a bedroom and a shower room with toilet. Parking (paid in season) about 100 m away. See you soon.

This is an independent studio (within a newly finished house) with its own access to the street and cut from the rest of the house. There is a queen size bed, a bathroom & toilet Coffee & Hot water maker. There is a few restaurants (for all price range) near by No bikes provided but there is the possibility to rent them near by. Please note that: Pets are not allowed There is a TV but Internet is still under installation There is no Kitchen in the studio.
