Very bright and with a nice ceiling height, it is on the 1st and top floor. It has an equipped kitchen. The bathroom (shower) and toilet are separate. It has a small private south-facing terrace, with garden furniture.

It consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and a bedroom on the ground floor, a shower room, a bathroom, a living room (40 m2) and a large air-conditioned kitchen (30 m2) overlooking an intimate outdoor space.
