This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.

Starred house in a beautiful, quiet and secure residence. Ideal for 4 people, it can accommodate 6 people thanks to a comfortable bed in the living room. The residence has a large wooded park with a children's play structure, a petanque court, a ping-pong table, we provide rackets and balls. The pool is open from 30/04 to 30/09. It is heated from May 31st. One free space in a closed parking lot

Very nice T1 of 31m2, fully renovated in June 2021, on the ground floor of a quiet residence, 300m from the centre and 300m from the beach. All comforts with large-screen TV, Canal+, fully-equipped kitchen, 160cm sofa bed with 18cm mattress, private south-facing courtyard of 15m2 with dining area, sun loungers, plants, etc. Bikes (not new but serviced) provided.
