Refurbished, equipped kitchen,air conditioning . Bathroom, washing machine. Two bedrooms. Das a holiday village of 70 hectares, located in the heart of the Landes forest. Pool (open from the Easter holidays to the All Saints holiday),gym, golf,tennis,pétanque, flight court,library. (Animation every night for children's club and teenage Easter vacation and summer vacation), the village also contains a charming little lake, bike rental, supermarket and bike path.

Cozy apartment completely renovated in 2019 in sober and soothing tones. Very nice location at the foot of the dam separating the sea lake from the ocean. 50 meters from the sea lake, 400 meters from the beach and 500 meters from the city center. Proximity to all services while staying away from lively areas for moments of rest. Very nice inner courtyard for your children to play safely while you enjoy the terrace.
