Located ten minutes from the beach in the centre of Plougasnou... in the middle of a big property this small two - story house faces a large house. There are also 3 private entrances (with no neighbours) giving to a terrace and a big garden . Parking- lot. Beautiful landscapes ..... All shops nearby (pharmacy, bakery, butcher, Super U, fishmonger, cinema...). 5 minutes' drive to the beaches, GR, water activities. Le Petit Vilar is a newly renovated former outbuilding in a very quiet and wooded site. All the accommodation is on one level. It is located close to the GR 34 and many short hiking trails. The nearest beach is about ten minutes by car. The village of Locquénolé, with its grocery store, its Romanesque and Baroque church and its Freedom Tree, is within walking distance. The home does not include a TV but is equipped with wifi.
