In the midst of the wild nature of Lake Schaalsee is the idyllic listed village of Techin. In 2021, we renovated our village house with space for 5 guests (plus small child) with a lot of love and stylish furnishings. Families, nature lovers, active holidaymakers or those looking for a break will all get their money's worth here! Whether swimming in crystal-clear water in the lake within walking distance, cycling & hiking in the beautiful forests or lounging in the large garden - the perfect place for a break!

The beach house: The Elbe beach is yours

The beachhouse is a dreamhouse: You step out of the terrace door and the Elbe with a beautiful sandbank not 50 meters in front of you - access directly from the property. The biosphere reserve river landscape Elbe in front of the door, no car noise, but a modern Edeka, general practitioner, pharmacy, gas station, bank only 5 minutes walk away. In addition, the Lauenburg train station can be reached in 7 minutes by bike, from where the excursion destinations Hamburg, Lübeck, Lüneburg or Schwerin can be reached.

Dream house with an Elbe view

The luxuriously equipped holiday home (160 m²) is located directly on the Elbe-Lübeck Canal with a view of the Elbe. Directly at the house is a swimming facility or at the sandy beaches on the Elbe within walking distance. There is a very good public transport connection to Hamburg, Lüneburg and Lübeck. Boat trips are also offered. Restaurants, shops and doctors are in town. Whether cyclists, anglers or sun worshipers, there is something for everyone at this location. A boat can also be rented on request.

Landhaus Viezer Mühle

You are vacationing in a simple but charming miller's apartment of a historic water mill, surrounded by an extensive property in the small village of Viez in Mecklenburg. Right outside the door are hiking trails through forest, fields and to the Viez heath, which blooms pink in summer. Schwerin and Ludwigslust offer sights such as castles and museums. Several swimming lakes, one with a water ski facility, offer sporting variety in summer. In winter, a wood-burning barrel sauna right by the stream beckons.

You can relax in our fully renovated, modern cottage on a 1300 sqm lake property with 82 square meters of living space. The high-quality furnishings include a modern kitchen and new furniture. In the conservatory you can enjoy the lake view in any weather, while the Smart TV offers your entertainment. The house is located directly on the Elbe-Lübeck Canal and Lake Lanz. The terrace offers morning sunrises and tranquility with lake views. It has social barbecue evenings on the Weber grill.

A central oasis of well-being & green surroundings

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is an 8-minute walk away and leads directly to the most important sights. The city centre and harbour can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time directly in front of the house on the roundabout. Shops, restaurants, a park, playground and lake are close by. Looking forward to your visit :-)

Spacious, well-equipped fitter's flat

The accommodation was originally built as a caretaker's house for the Sandkrughof and until recently was the alternative accommodation of the owners of the Sandkrughof until they moved into the main house. It is a fully equipped but simple house with a particularly beautiful view of the Elbe in a very quiet environment. There are plenty of parking spaces on the property. It is a small space miracle and you can easily accommodate up to six people in up to four bedrooms.

The surrounding area in the Schaalsee biosphere reserve is ideal for cycling, hiking and birdwatching. The house has everything you need for rest and relaxation. A bright, cosy living room with a wood-burning stove, a view of nature, a sauna and a spacious covered terrace that can be used in any weather.

Directly on the lake - private sandy beach & boats

A fantastic holiday home, attractively furnished in a rustic hunting lodge style, located directly on a large inland lake with excellent water quality. The perfect place for water sports enthusiasts, families, dog owners and nature lovers. The house has a spacious private sandy beach with exclusive access to Lake Prüßsee. Nature is beautiful in every season and can be explored from your own jetty by boat and SUP. Fishing in your own part of the lake is free.

Idyllic farmhouse on the lake in the Elbe valley

Our cozy farmhouse is located in Zeetze, a picturesque village of the district of Lüneburg in the Elbe Valley. Lüneburg with its historic old town is about 30 minutes away by car, Hamburg about 45 minutes. The house offers direct views and access to the lake. Peace and relaxation are guaranteed as well as unforgettable nature experiences. We generate electricity and hot water with a photovoltaic system in heating with renewable raw materials.

Vacation home right on the Luhe

This cottage on the Luhe has many opportunities to spend time. The entire house including terrace and garden with barbecue is available for your own use. Car parking spaces are available on the street in front of the house at any time. Bike or canoe tours can be done or you can walk in the amusement park, fish or watch Winsen with its castle and historic old town. The Elbe is not far either. Hamburg and Lüneburg are just as easy to reach.

A beautiful end terrace house near Hamburg in a quiet cul-de-sac with a spacious garden, two terraces and an additional covered seating/dining area. The bright and modern rooms are very cozy and invite you to linger. It should be mentioned that the bedrooms are all accessible via stairs. The nature reserve with a large playground, as well as the Holstentherme, are within walking distance. HH Airport is about 25 minutes by car.
