Enjoy a wonderful time in our historic villa from 1894. Our apartment leaves nothing to be desired, is newly renovated and stylishly furnished with TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The magnificent Sachsenwald is less than a 5-minute walk away.

We rent out our apartment in Lauenburg an der Elbe. Lauenburg is the starting point for relaxing bike rides as well as close to the cities of Lüneburg, Hamburg and Lübeck. The 1-room basement flat (45 m²) is located in a detached house in a cul-de-sac in Ochtmissen. You can reach the city centre by car in just 10 minutes. Bus route 5005 leaves almost right outside the door. You can access the flat via a separate entrance. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a washlet, a living room/bedroom, a washing machine, towels, bed linen, a TV and Wi-Fi. Small children are not allowed due to safety conditions.

This cosy and also super centrally located apartment is in the heart of the beautiful state capital Schwerin and is therefore the ideal starting point for trips or excursions of any kind. The castle; the theater; the cathedral; restaurants; cafes, public transport, etc. are a stone's throw away. With its 2.5 light-filled rooms, the apartment offers enough space for up to six people.
