Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Lazio

It was nice staying in a place that matched the pictures and description. The location was perfect for either walking to nearby points of interest - the Trevi Fountain for example - and close to the Republica metro stop. The coffee machine was well supplied - a 5 star necessity in my case. There were only a couple of steps into the apartment, and it had two bathrooms, each with a shower (both small but adequate. Walter was very friendly and responsive before our stay. The apartment was clean and well stocked. We didn't have a car (not needed) so parking was not an issue. The large queen size bed was firm but comfortable. The smartTV allowed us to watch our favorite shows on Amazon Prime and Netflix in the evening.

Without a doubt, staying at Marco and Antonella's accommodation was the best choice for the trip. They always responded quickly to all questions and the apartment is according to what was advertised. The accommodation was clean and the beds are great. Marco was very proactive and kind and called excellent drivers to help us with the round trip from the airport. Thank you Antonella and Marco.

L’appartamento è in una posizione super comoda, a due passi da San Pietro, perfetto per girare Roma a piedi. Pulitissimo e curato, ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Fabio è stato davvero gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e attento. Consigliatissimo se volete passare qualche giorno a Roma in tranquillità!

Pascale and Charlotte met me in person at checkin and checkout. They provided treats and lovely amenities. The bed was divine and just what i needed after a day out sightseeing. A charming private garden for relaxing was a bonus They were super responsive to any messages and very welcoming. 5 stars for everything!

We stayed at this apartment in April this year and can absolutely recommend it!​ The studio is very cozy and comfortable—exactly as described. It was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, and reliable Wi-Fi.​ The location is fantastic: all major sights in Rome are easily reachable by tram, bus, or metro. The stops are just a 2-minute walk away, and the nearest metro station is about a 12-minute walk or just two tram stops.​ There are also plenty of cafés and supermarkets nearby with very reasonable prices, which made our stay even more enjoyable.​ The host is a wonderful person—everything was perfectly organized and communication was easy.​ We felt very comfortable and would definitely love to come back!​

Andreas place was perfect for us to stay at while visiting our daughter studying abroad. We had plenty of space and it was conveniently located to all her favorite places in Travestere! Andreas was super helpful with anything we needed! Highly recommend his place!!

We loved our stay and are planning to go back! The location is great, right near the Vatican. Both hosts are super nice and helpful, leaving us coffee, pastries and even a few laundry detergent pods which I appreciated. We had coffee on the terrace every day, it was fantastic! The apartment is very clean and cozy. We loved the three restaurants right near the apartment. There is also a pizza place two doors down my son ordered from every night. He basically had two dinners :) I loved the breakfast place next door for cappuccino and fresh squeezed orange juice. We took it to go and sat on the terrace.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa ad agosto in questa splendida casa, e non potremmo essere più soddisfatti. Eravamo due adulti con due bambine piccole di due e sei anni, e la casa si è rivelata perfetta per le nostre esigenze. Dotata di tutti i servizi necessari, è stata un vero piacere soggiornarci. Un grande vantaggio è stata la piscina, inclusa nel prezzo, che ci ha regalato momenti di relax e divertimento per tutta la famiglia. Inoltre, la posizione è ideale: a pochi passi ci sono supermercati e altri servizi essenziali, e la navetta per il mare è stata comodissima. Un ringraziamento speciale va alla signora Carla, che è stata un'host eccezionale. Ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno e si è assicurata che il nostro soggiorno fosse perfetto in ogni dettaglio. La casa è davvero bellissima, curata in ogni particolare, e non vediamo l'ora di poterci tornare. Consigliatissima!

Beautiful house inside the mid evil time village. So peaceful vilage. The house itself is very cute and authentic, clean bed, bath room and kitchen. But if you want to have good linch or dinner! You can find enough restaurants close to the house. We enjoy our one day transit on this house. We are on the from Milan to Rome, we did one night stop in this place and we went to Saturnia for the termal bath. For sure will be back for the next trip.

le host Silvia ed Alice sono state disponibili sia nell'accoglienza che a consigliarci dove parcheggiare, anche se vi sono parcheggi davanti casa (a pagamento), non sempre si trova posto auto, ma vi sono altri parcheggi nelle vicinanze ed un parcheggio fuori dalle mura dotato di ascensore (gratuiti). C'é un pulmino che ogni 30 minuti fa il giro di Amelia, volendo l'auto possiamo dimenticarla... Sembra di essere a casa nostra, rispetto reciproco, e tanti consigli su ristoranti e luoghi da visitare.

Soggiorno rilassantissimo, host e personale estremamente gentili e disponibili. Bellissimo il giardino di ulivi, ideale per bambini e animali. Piscina sempre pulita e limpida. Gli appartamenti sono curati e ben attrezzati. Consigliatissimo a coppie con bambini e animali.

Non é’ facile descrive questo soggiorno. Comunicazione con l’host ineccepibile: precisa, puntuale, disponibilissimo e precisissimo! Accoglienza stupenda. Appartamento perfetto e dettagli curati. Piacevolissimo il regalo portafortuna (che ovviamente non svelo, sorpresa!).Consigli gastronomici e per lo shopping ineccepibili! Appartamento pulitissimo, accessoriato sopra ogni aspettativa. Un balcone fantastico. Parcheggio auto davanti a casa. Sicuramente, per quello che sono le mie esigenze sia di lavoro che di famiglia, per i prossimi soggiorni a Roma terrò’ presente l’appartamento per futuri soggiorni! Grazie!!!

Wir haben das Haus auf dem Lande gebucht und einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Die Gastgeber sind überaus freundlich und standen uns stehts zur Seite. Die Gartenanlage ist gepflegt, der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Ein schöner Urlaub

Wow!!!! Great location. Amazing host! Very flexible! We couldn’t pic a better spot! Very comfortable and nice outdoor space! Patrick let us Check in early and keep our luggage at the rental after check out thick was a tremendous plus due to our travel itinerary. Very walkable! This spot was quieter than I expected but a stone throw away from the heart of trastevere. I would recommend with two thumbs up !

Our stay at Alberto's apartment was fantastic! The view over historic Rome is absolutely breathtaking, and you can't beat the location - less than 200 meters from the Colosseum! We could easily walk from the train station, which made arrival very convenient. The apartment itself is immaculately clean and stylishly decorated. There are a few steps to navigate at the main entrance, but after that, there's lift access to the apartment. The bed was very comfortable, which we appreciated after long days of sightseeing. Alberto was an excellent host - responsive and helpful. He met us upon arrival and lives nearby, so we felt well-supported throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to experience Rome from an ideal central location!

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at Daniela’s house! She was present in person to hand over the keys. The house was well kept and beautifully decorated. It was very spacious and had private parking spot. The neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful. The place was well connected to the city centre by public transport. I highly recommend this place if you’re travelling with family.

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at this apartment right in the heart of Rome! We couldn’t believe how close we were to the Pantheon and all bars / restaurants were in walking distance. The flat was very clean and homely, and Simone gave very clear check in instructions. I would definitely recommend this place to other friends / couples looking for a central location in Rome !

We had a great stay at this apartment in Rome! The place is nice, well-equipped, and conveniently located — it had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Great location and easily accessed by public transport. A little noisy if you have a bub and windows aren’t black out so a portable blind works well. Great bars, shops and restaurants near by as well as a carrefour. Comfortable stay with aircon 🙌

Parfait ! Excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement ! Giuseppe a été hyper réactif sur tout, vous donne tous les conseils nécessaires pour votre arrivée, votre séjour et votre départ. Les chambres sont top, l’emplacement idéal à côté d’une station de métro pour atteindre le plein centre très rapidement. Nous reviendrons pour un nouveau séjour à Rome 😊

Appartement parfaitement situé dans le centre historique de Rome. La place Del Fico est très vivante jusqu'à 2h du matin, on était prévenu, l'appartement est bien isolé. Marcella est très accueillante et a répondu à toutes nos questions et demandes. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
