Boutique hotel holiday rentals in Lazio

Our airbnb was perfect! Very clean, stylish, staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect walking distance to all major attractions and the best part was the pizzeria across the street! I would highly recommend staying here!

Jean and Edgard were excellent hosts - very responsive to our questions and provided good intel on the local neighborhood. They arranged transportation for us from the airport and later to the cruise terminal both of which worked quite well with the understandable exception that due to the narrow streets we were dropped off a block away from their place and just pointed in the approximate direction. The location of this hotel was perfectly placed with great food nearby and within 20+ minutes of walking to everything we wanted to see in Rome. We had a group of 10 people and 5 rooms. Each room was unique which added to the fun of botique lodging. And the rooftop terrace was a perfect place for our group to hang out in the evenings. If you are looking at their listing - just book it!

Комната была фантастической: чистая, новая, опрятная, с высокими потолками. Дом, в котором находится жилье, очень колоритный с красивыми входными дверьми и подъездом, а также жильцами итальянцами. Месторасположение отличное: 15 мин от вокзала Термини пешком, 15 мин пешком и ты на испанской лестнице. В то же время окрестность достаточно тихая, без толп туристов. Алессандро очень дружелюбный, обеспечил раннее заселение (в 11:00), лично нас встретил возле дома и дал все необходимые инструкции. Также дал рекомендации по ресторанам в округе (какие-то понравились, какие-то - нет, это дело вкуса). Единственный нюанс, который неочевидный и нужно учитывать, но нас лично не смущал: квартира состоит из двух отдельных апартаментов с отдельными ванными комнатами, но кухня общая.

Está muy cerca del Coliseo y en un barrio tranquilo. La habitación estaba limpia y era muy bonita. Además pudimos dejar las maletas allí en la entrada para recogerlas después de nuestra salida ya que teníamos el vuelo por la tarde. Lo recomiendo.

Everything was perfect! Alessandro was great, he helped us with everything we needed, responded very fast and gave us all the details we needed about the city, about the bus routes, about the stores and restaurants! The location is very good, very close to St Pietro Basilica, with a lot of buses options. The room was clean and safe, and I was happy to find a space where you can eat or make a coffee. We will definitely come back!

Excellent value for the price! Close to a major train station and a super communicative host. the shops downstairs all heartily welcomed my non-Italian speaking party and it felt as if we were locals. The only downside was the internet wasn't powerful nor consistent enough for remote work.

Fabuloso! We loved our Sunday and Monday at our stay. Fireplace, fun bathtub, candles, medieval decor, as well as help arranging our horse riding and bread making experiences. Cool nights and warm days in September. Sunday was bustling with what seemed to be local tourists enjoying a weekend away. Monday many eating choices were closed. The locanda del Lago was less then optimal and not as friendly as the the Agriturismo in town we ate at on Sunday night. All the food was good though.

Stanza stupenda, oltre che bellissimo l’appartamento è stata gentilissima la host, e simpaticissima. Sempre disponibile a qualsiasi ora del giorno, e premurosa coi suoi ospiti. Consiglio assolutamente!

Very cute, clean and comfortable spot. Loved the decor with exposed brick! The host was very responsive and friendly!

Luisa and her team was such a wonderful host. We loved staying at her wonderful place. We just can recommend everyone who’s visiting Roma to stop by. We truly looking forward to come back :)

Breve Soggiorno di lavoro, l'alloggio è come descritto, in zona centrale. ci siamo trovati bene

Alloggio situato nel cuore di Trevignano Romano in zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Accoglienza deliziosa da parte della signora Maria Luisa. La camera è spaziosa con all'interno frigobar con bibite fresche e macchina per il caffè, molto apprezzata la possibilità di effettuare l'idromassaggio con cromoterapia e una splendida terrazza esterna con vista lago dove poter fare aperitivo al tramonto. Consigliato per una fuga di qualche giorno dalla città.

The place was perfect, highly recommend. Monti is such a beautiful area with lots to see and eat/drink! Felt safe and alive at night. The bed and room were comfy. Walkable to most major sites. Easy check in. Oh, and AC was a blessing!!!

AIR CONDITIONED!! If you don’t know, Rome in July is HOT. The air conditioning paid for itself with this one. Other than that, it’s centrally located, beautifully decorated and Marco and Cristina were very accommodating and kind. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Marco’s place! Perfectly located about 10 - 20 min walk from main attractions. Marco was incredible, kind, and very responsive and it was nice to have the room cleaned every morning. The cookies and coffee machine were a huge plus! 100% will be coming back.

Place was excellent and just as advertised. AC was super powerful. Location is superb. Host was very helpful and communicative. Access was simple, but you need a cell with data to access the property. My only thing to note for those reading this before booking. It is in a no traffic zone (we didn't know these existed before going to Rome...thats on us) and we had a hire car as we drove around Italy - so we had to drive to a garage 10 mins away and then taxi to and from the property with our bags. We knew it did not have parking and that was fine. This is nothing against the property, just good for awareness for this location and most of Rome.
