The Apartment had had a complete refit, so it was spotless, fresh & clean very spacious amazing beds, hot showers. had everything you needed. buses, metro all very close by. good restaurants in the area Marcello was a great host Thank you 😊

Our second stay at Mario's apartment because the first time it was perfect for us. Marco met us again and allowed us to arrive early; he was very friendly and welcoming as usual. The apartment was very clean and has everything you need for a short stay. We hope to stay at their place again in the future!

Great accommodation!!

The appartment is great, super clean, have a bus station and a grocery store that you can reach by walking. The appartment have a great kitchen and a cute terrace. Our only negative point with this place is that it’s far away from the center so you absolutely have to take the bus which is not always there on time which makes the traveling time consuming. Other than that, this place is great!

Andrea's place is spacious, functional and pleasant. The terrace is nice. Andrea cares about the well-being of her hosts. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it. We parked our car at the bottom of the residence, it was convenient.

We really appreciated this apartment, cared for in every detail and with new furnishings. The balcony is spacious and offers a breathtaking view of the rooftops of Rome, thanks to the location on the upper floors. A real relaxing corner! Francesco was an exceptional host, always available to give us valuable directions to museums, trips and attractions of the city. The location is perfect: subway and bus stops just a few minutes' walk away. We loved the small touches: the courtesy kit with slippers, toothbrushes, disposable blades, headphones, and even a hair straightener! And what about the Nespresso machine? Tasting an Italian coffee on the balcony, kissed by the sun and with a wonderful view, was an unforgettable moment. We felt pampered in everything: Francesco responds promptly to every request, with clear messages and full of useful information. A valuable support for those who visit Rome for the first time. Daniela was a great host. She was always responsive, always ready to help and support. Apartment was very beautiful and cozy with all needed amenities. On the last day, she took us to the bus station in her car. To reach out the city center you should take a bus, then metro. Bus station is just near the house. Also there is a supermarket not far from the apartment. The area is safe and comfortable. Will return here for sure.

Really pleasant stay. The house has everything you need to feel comfortable. The condominium gym is also very nice. Luca is really very helpful.

This is a lovely place. Despite being in a cultural hub beside the Pantheon, the bedroom in the apartment is totally silent. Comfy bed too! Everything in the apartment was well-maintained (good kitchen, good bathroom) and Lucia is a great host!

Monika's home was lovely, very comfortable and clean. She was an excellent host going out of her way to pick us up upon arrival and keeping in touch with many helpful suggestions. We toured the ancient archiological site of Ostia Antica, which was one of the highlights of our stay in Italy. Truly amazing. We felt very happy and enjoyed our stay in Monika's home!

We had a lovely stay at Fabio's place the past month! The location is phenomenal and extremely walkable to Rome's iconic landmarks. We enjoyed grabbing gelato nearby and there are many spots nearby in the neighbourhood that were accessible to us.

Stefano takes out a 10 as a host, all the time he was waiting for my arrival even before she contacted me to be communicated. He told me about the weather, he was giving me a thousand recommendations and replied immediately. I was in 3 Airbnbs and this was the best, you can see the care he puts into every detail, he greeted us with wine and some snacks and gave us up to a souvenir! All amenities washing machine, hairdryer, equipped kitchen and cooking supplies. Definitely a great experience and very well located I highly recommend it. It is a cozy and warm place, comfortable beds and many places close to shops, restaurants everything you need, thank you for everything !!!

We highly recommend this apartment in the center of Bracciano. The apartment is well set up for long stays and the kitchen is fully stocked. Comfy quality bedding. Private parking. Hosts were very caring and completely discreet. The apartment is within walking of all of Bracciano and the train station into Rome. We live in Bracciano and will recommend this apartment to all visiting guests.

It was late at night when I arrived, and it was dark due to the nature of the countryside, so it was somewhat difficult to find the accommodation, but when I finally arrived, the accommodation was spacious, clean, and peaceful. This accommodation stood out in terms of quick replies and thoughtful consideration from the host.
